Our products are sold at prices advertised on the website applicable at the time of your order. All prices are quoted in Mauritian Rupees (MUR) and are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change the prices without notice at any time, prior to the confirmation of your order.

We endeavor to provide you with the most accurate information as possible on the website. In case of errors or omissions, we reserve the right to withdraw any offers or promotions.
4.1 Payment type
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Juice by MCB, Internet Banking (IB) and Bank Transfer.
4.2 Payment Gateway
All your payments are made using the secure online e-commerce platform of the MCB Internet Gateway Service which will manage your bank details.
Your bank details are not recorded on our database.
While checking-out, your credit card will be automatically debited with the full amount due. Once payment is cleared, you will receive an automated confirmation email of your order. At this stage, no extra products may be added to that particular order.
5. Customer responsibilities
Customer is required to inspect the condition and conformity of the product at the time of delivery or collection, before signing the delivery or collection slip.
Should the customer note that the product(s) is/are damaged or the product/s is/are not as ordered upon delivery or collection, the customer should not take delivery and inform the delivery personnel or our agent at collection point for replacement.
Once delivery has been made, we will not be liable for any breakages, non-conformity or shortages of the products ordered.
6. Cancelling an order
We shall not accept any exchange and/or refund once the order has been delivered to the customer.
Should the customer wish to amend an order immediately after check-out, we may be contacted on email@example.com
7. Product(s) is/are out-of-stock
If your product(s) is/are out-of-stock, we shall email you to let you know. If you are happy to wait and the product(s) come back in stock, we shall deliver the product(s) to you as soon as the product(s) becomes available.
If you are not prepared to wait, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and our sales agent will contact you to suggest a change in model.
8. Deliveries of multiple products
It may happen that products ordered at the same time get delivered on different days or transport. In such cases, no extra delivery charge will apply.
