ONLINE PURCHASE EXCHANGE POLICY
Fashion Heights Ltd (the “Company”) is fully committed in ensuring that you are at all times satisfied with any merchandise you have ordered from us. For this reason, we offer you an EASY 14-DAYS EXCHANGE FACILITY at www.fashionheights.net, whereby you may, subject to the terms and conditions set forth hereunder, exchange your items bought if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase.
In the event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged (through no fault or negligence of yours) or defective, or if the merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered in terms of size, colour, style, model, specification or otherwise, you may return the merchandise in the same condition as you received it, that is, in its original packaging along with original tags, accompanied by the original sale invoice, for an exchange, WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS from the date on which the merchandise is delivered to you.
You are advised to strictly adhere to and follow the below procedure for the return and exchange of your merchandise purchased from us:
• Before returning us the merchandise, please call our Customer Care on the following number: 405 2578 or send an email to our Company Customer Support Care at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting for an exchange, and providing particulars of the merchandise purchased together with the order reference number.
• Once we have confirmed to you that your replacement item is available in stock, you may then call in any one of our Company stores (Mango, Celio, Esprit, Etam, Jennyfer, Zippy, Mia, Xti & Bizou) and return the merchandise in the same condition as you received it, that is, in its original packaging along with original tags, accompanied by the original sales invoice. Most merchandise is returnable in our stores and to check which merchandise items cannot be returned in our stores, please call our Customer Care on 402 2578.
• For the comfort and satisfaction of our Fidelity Card Holders, we also offer you a free home delivery service. Should you prefer to use our free home delivery service, please inform us accordingly when calling our Customer Care on 402 2578 or in the email that you would send to our Company Customer Support Care at email@example.com. The replacement merchandise will be delivered to you to the same residence, subject to you returning us the merchandise purchased in the same condition as you received it, that is, in its original packaging along with original tags, together with the original sales invoice.
• We shall process the exchange subject to receipt of the merchandise purchased at any one of our Company stores or at the time of home delivery to you, as the case may be, in its original packaging along with original tags, in original, unused, unworn, unaltered, untampered, unimpaired and saleable condition, and accompanied by the proper original sales invoice, failing which exchange may not be possible.
For hygiene, sanitary and other reasons, please note that we are unable to accept exchange of jewellery & inner-wear (under garments, underwear, lingerie etc...), swimwear, gift vouchers and any made to order or altered merchandise.
In the event that the merchandise delivered to you corresponds exactly to what you had actually ordered and you have a subsequent change of mind whereby you decide to exchange the merchandise purchased for a different merchandise (in terms of size, colour & specification or otherwise), you would still be entitled to use our home delivery service. In this case however, the service will no longer be free but you would be charged a fixed home delivery service cost of Rs 75/- payable by bank transfer, Juice, debit/credit card etc... prior to the home delivery.
AT NO TIME SHALL ANY CASH REFUND APPLY OR ANY CASH REFUND REQUEST BE ENTERTAINED.
In the event that your replacement item is not available in stock or that the Company is not in a position to offer you same for any reason whatsoever, a credit note corresponding to the value of your purchase (the “Credit Note”) will be offered to you on the following terms and conditions:
• Your Credit Note shall be valid for a period of SIX (6) MONTHS from its date of issue.
• It can be used for the purchase of any other item(s) of same value at any of the following Company stores: Mango, Celio, Esprit, Etam, Jennyfer, Zippy, Mia, Xti & Bizou.
• Where the item(s) purchased is/are of higher value, you agree to pay for the difference in value.
Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please confirm/ensure that its packaging has not been damaged, altered or tampered with. If you think that the merchandise is not in good condition,
damaged or defective, altered or tampered with, please refuse delivery of the package and immediately call our Customer Care on: 402 2578 or e-mail us at: firstname.lastname@example.org, stating the reason for refusing delivery of the said merchandise, and including your order reference number. We shall arrange for delivery of the replacement merchandise to you at the earliest and at no additional delivery charges to you.
The Company may at any time amend or modify the terms of the present online purchase exchange policy without prior notice to you. Any amendment or modification made thereto will be communicated to you via e-mail at the address provided by you while registering yourself on www.shop.fashionheights.net. In the event that the said amendment or modification is not acceptable to you, you may discontinue using the service. However, if you do continue to use the service or in the absence of any objection received from you within seven (7) days of the said amendment or modification being communicated to you, you shall be deemed to have irrevocably agreed to such amendment or modification.
